Durante este último año, hay un grupo de varios chavales que no han parado de retumbar en mis altavoces, y con razón. Y es que, no dudo en afirmar que una de las propuestas más sólidas que se pueden encontrar en el rap español actual reside en un pueblo de Madrid. Y eso, como buen madrileño de pueblo, me llena de orgullo. Estoy hablando de la Holy Youth, el colectivo de artistas de Alcalá de Henares que ha conseguido vestir al barrio de chándal de marca haciendo lo que más les gusta hacer.
J Battle, Neo KB, Red Pray y Hell6oy ya venían pegando fuerte en solitario, con proyectos tan sólidos como «MAKE BARS GREAT AGAIN, SANTO GRIAL» y «Samurai», pero este año han terminado de consolidarse como colectivo con «VISIONARIOS», un álbum conjunto que sitúa su idea principal en la importancia de confiar en tu visión para conseguir un propósito. Si deseas hacer algo, hazlo por ti, lo demás es secundario. Y es que, al final, esa es la clave para conseguir un resultado puro y, en consecuencia, aunque parezca irónico, cercano con el público.
Es por esto, que el álbum consigue calar en sus oyentes. Al final, «VISIONARIOS» es el resultado cotidiano de un grupo de colegas pasándolo bien hablando de las movidas que les molan, como son el fútbol y la moda. Pero además, es un proyecto extremadamente cuidado con una gran calidad audiovisual y de producción, lo que consigue, aún más, motivar a su audiencia, demostrando que ese objetivo que visualizan es posible. Así que, en mi opinión, considero que VISIONARIOS es un proyecto muy necesario y recomendable de escuchar si aún no lo has hecho. Yo confío en la visión de la Holy Youth. ¿A qué esperáis para descubrirlos?
